By Victoria M Noble

Meditation software is probably the most beneficial tool human beings can use to improve the experience while living on planet Earth. Learning how to meditate for beginners is the practice of quieting the mind and going within. The knowledge stored from every life lived is so vast, it staggers the imagination. The ancient practice of meditation is a cherished tradition of many cultures. The benefits are available to everyone as the altering of religious or spiritual beliefs is not necessary.

The gift of free will has been given, including the distinct ability to create reality as we wish. Reality is created through, emotion, and feeling. What is desired will be experienced. This includes health, wealth, peace, prosperity and unconditional love, which is the obstacle for most people. The opposite of these things may become as well. Ultimately, there is always a choice.

Whether realized or not, humans are continuously and consistently emitting an electromagnetic vibrational frequency. Based upon whether this frequency is primarily negative or positive, attracting unto things that match exactly the vibrational offering. This is commonly known as the Law Of Attraction. The Universe, consisting of frequencies and harmonics form the basis of all life.

The Beta Frequency:
Using the conscious mind during the waking hours being fully active and alert, operation is within the Beta Frequency. Beings are primarily focused on physicality and daily life while in this state.

The Alpha Frequency:
This is focusing within the Alpha frequency while in a state of relaxation, perhaps musing or daydreaming. The opening to the subconscious mind is found here and meditation ultimately begins.

The Theta Frequency:
The Theta frequency is when one is deeply relaxed or in the dream state.
Access to the incredible super-conscious mind is available. Creativity, inspiration, manifestations and deep spiritual connections are formed here.

The Delta Frequency:
The Delta frequency operates as an advanced state which lies beyond the conscious mind. Thought and dreaming have been over-ridden for the time being and the super-conscious mind is in control. Connections with the non-physical are being made here and this is the ultimate frequency for healing and astounding spirituality. One realizes the physical body and events are created by the Soul. Instant manifestations are created while in this state.

While learning how to meditate, for beginners difficulty may be experienced as it can be extremely challenging to reach and operate within altered states of consciousness. This is where meditation software comes in. Quieting the mind and stopping resistant thought can be exceedingly difficult.
